I'm sad but not sorry these High Five Friday lists have come to an end.
While many people received these posts from a positive view, some viewed the posts as if I thought I was full of myself, as if I'm some kind of celebrity and everyone wants to read my stuff. I don't want to spend a lot of time answering for the things I do. I will lay a little lower and keep my thoughts more private. So, with no more ado, here are my final (shared) high fives for this week.
1. Song I enjoyed listening to the most: Take My Life (And Let It Be) by Chris Tomlin
I had an opportunity to sing this song as a duet with someone on my worship team. It has become one of my favorite songs to sing, even when I'm not singing it with someone else.
2. What I learned the most about myself. I despise drama.
Sometimes I get drawn in because I’m not on my guard. But, when I have it my way, I stay out of the midst of drama. It never serves anyone well. When I see drama, I turn and RUN the other way. 3. Bible verse that keeps me faithful: 1 Peter 1:8-9 (New International Version) Though you have not seen him, you love him; and even though you do not see him now, you believe in him and are filled with an inexpressible and glorious joy, for you are receiving the end result of your faith, the salvation of your souls. 4. Favorite life quotes: by Dr. Wayne Dyer
5. Most important message I want to deliver: Life is short None of us live forever and none of us know when our final day on earth will be. That makes life short. I make an effort to leave bad baggage behind… dropping it like it’s hot and never looking back to see if it is worthy to be picked up again.
Friends, you only have one life.
Live it well!

People complained about these posts? You must be doing something right, then. Sorry to see you end this.

Yes, Bill. In private messages and phone calls. People indicated that I must think I'm some kind of celebrity or someone so important that others would care to read what I think. Stuff like that.
